Late in 2018, website traffic and requests for proposals were slowing considerably. Consumer & competitive research determined a need to update content to improve engagement in the form of design aesthetics, photography, and language in order to improve our competitive positioning. Warm, relevant, and on-trend photography and videography was produced and a series of compelling digital display units created to better speak to the market.
